We restructured the campaign with tighter ad groups, phrase and exact match layering, and rebuilt the conversion goal configuration. Within one month, clicks grew from 2,976 to 9,771 (+228%) while conversions jumped from 2 to over 21 — a 966% increase. We built our own internal tool to replace manual reporting and give us a real-time operational view across all client accounts.

Managing multiple client accounts across Google Ads and Meta Ads generates enormous amounts of data. The typical approach — logging in to each platform, exporting CSVs, and building reports manually — is slow, error-prone, and reactive. We built an alternative.

Our internal dashboard uses the Google Ads API (via Google Query Language / GAQL) and the Meta Marketing API to pull daily campaign data for all managed accounts automatically. Data is stored in a private database and displayed in a unified interface showing spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, CPA, and ad-level creative performance.

On top of the raw data, four AI analysis agents run each morning. They analyze budget allocation, creative performance, audience overlap, and data quality — surfacing specific, prioritized action items before the day begins.

Read-only OAuth2 access to all client accounts under MCC 677-464-9900. Daily GAQL queries pull campaign, ad set, and ad-level metrics. No manual CSV exports required.
