The client was running a lightly optimized Google Search campaign with inconsistent conversion tracking and broad match keywords driving poor-quality traffic. We restructured the campaign with tighter ad groups, phrase and exact match layering, and rebuilt the conversion goal configuration. Within one month, clicks grew from 2,976 to 9,771 (+228%) while conversions jumped from 2 to over 21 — a 966% increase. Cost per conversion dropped from ₪182 to ₪131, making the campaign significantly more profitable at higher volume.
The client's Performance Max campaign was underperforming with a high cost per conversion of ₪836. We rebuilt the asset groups to better reflect top-performing product categories, added audience signals based on customer match lists and in-market segments, and refined the conversion value rules. The result was a 27% drop in cost per conversion — from ₪836 to ₪613 — with no reduction in conversion volume. This freed up budget to reinvest into the best-performing search campaigns.
We manage a full Meta account running prospecting, retargeting, and catalog sales campaigns simultaneously across Facebook and Instagram. In March, we restructured the audience strategy — consolidating overlapping ad sets, refreshing creatives, and shifting budget toward the highest-ROAS audiences. The account reached 252,338 people (up from 201,850 in February, +25%) with 1,103,462 total impressions (up from 680,158, +62%).
